We have incorporated both the CDC and FDA guidelines along with the guidelines by the Nantucket Department of Health.
Highlighted are some of the ways we are working to keep everyone safe:
- Currently our occupancy is limited. We are limiting parties to 6 people or less, per the Massachusetts state guidelines.
- We proactively COVID tested our employees before they returned to work for us. In addition, we continue to screen everyone for CoVid symptoms prior to each shift.
- The floor-plan has been reconfigured to allow for safe social distancing.
- The restaurant is cleaned between each reservation with hospital-grade sanitizers for all surfaces, tables, chairs and restrooms beyond our regular cleaning practices.
- Masks are mandatory for all staff and all customers while they are in common areas and walking to and from tables and restrooms.
- Sanitation stations are throughout the restaurant.
- Reservations are requested, and we are allowing very limited walk-ins and ask guests to wait outside with safe distancing between parties.
- We are asking any customers who are showing symptoms or have positive results of COVID to refrain from visiting our establishment.
We look forward to welcoming you back to CRU this summer!
